Mr Mark Simmons asked a lot of questions about my symptoms and made extensive notes. He did thorough investigations of my nose and ears. He explained the possible causes of my pulsatile tinnitus. He wrote a comprehensive letter to my GP detailing the entire appointment which has now helped me to get the correct referrals and tests.

Mark Simmons performed a cosmetic pinnaplasty and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Mark was extremely informative during the whole process and put me at ease throughout. I now look at my ears with pride and just wish i'd had the procedure sooner! I would 100% recommend Mark for anyone who is thinking of having the same procedure.

The online booking was simple and it was great I didn’t have to have a GP referral.
The doctor was thorough and efficient and explained everything about the nasal endoscopy beforehand. I came out totally reassured and having had a thorough examination. Well worth the money to get peace of mind very quickly
